How iReward Cashback works?

All of the listed offers have an indication of the amount of cash back for taking the offer. The amount will always be listed on the top right hand corner of each offer for easy reference. After completing the offer, the amount you entitled will be automatically credited into your iReward iDollars account.

Below is a walkthrough for shopping with our merchants:

• Enable javascript support

  For the best experience possible and the cashback program to be carried out, please enable javascript support on your browser. If your browser does not have javascript enabled, you should see a warnning message near top of each page which contains information on how to enable javascript support. Please do not proceed if your browser does not support javascript, we will not be able to trace any transactions that has never been recorded on our system.

• Allow and Clear the "Cookies" on your browser

  All of the merchant transactions are tracked using "Cookies", so please ensure your browser also has "Cookies" enabled. And it is best to clear your cookies before proceeding to a new merchant. Otherwise we will not be able to trace any transactions made.

• Login to iReward

• Select a Category from the left tab navigation

• Browse the list of offers available and click on the merchant

  Each listed offers contains a brief description of the merchants as well as the goods and services they have available. Make sure you also check out the top right corner which indicates the amount of cashback is available!

• Read all the important notices and information on this pop up

  Information contained in boxes near the bottom of the pop up are important. READ them and clearly understand the conditions/offers details before proceeding. Send us an enquiry if conditions/offers details are unclear to you and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• Visit the merchant and start shopping

  Click on the "Visit Merchant" button and start shopping!

• Sit back and relax

  Once you have completed the offer, just sit back and relax. The merchant will send us notifications when the transactions have been approved. And once we have received the payment, the cashback amounts will be automatically credited into your i$ account. The approval and payment process usually take upto two months.

• What do I do with my i$?

  i$ is a currency in iReward that you can use to redeem into iPts. It is quick and easy. Once you have any amount of iDollars credited into your account, you can go to your iAccount page and select the iDollar tab. A convertor tool is available along with your i$ transaction history.

• Hooray!

  Now you have more iPts in your account! Cash them out, bid on auction items, send SMS and do not forget to support our charity partners!
