Before Shopping - Quick steps before each shopping session

  • Delete your internet cookies and temporary internet files, and ensure cookies are enabled. How?
  • If you have one, temporarily disable pop-up blockers and ensure javascript is enabled in your browser.
  • Check your internet security and firewall settings, ensure your browser will accept third party cookies.
  • You can check your transactions here. Most transactions are listed within 48 hours from payment.

Post Shopping - Quick notes to read after shopping

The tracking of the purchase is handled automatically. However, it might take a few weeks to get through. The overall process goes...
  • Member takes the offer
  • Merchant advises iReward a pending transaction, usually within 48 hours from purchase (check your transactions here)
  • Merchant verifies the transaction
  • Merchant pays iReward for the transaction (usually once a month)
  • iReward pays the 100% to Members account (immediately following step 4)
