Is your name correct to cash the cheque?

How will I receive my money? You will receive an iReward cheque sent to your postal address or through a local bank direct transfer. You are responsible to provide the correct and accurate information for the purpose of delivery.
My bank account name is incorrect, how do I change it? We only allow you to enter your bank account name once. You will need to provide your real bank account name.

However, we can change the bank account name on your iReward account on request for a number of reasons such as spelling error or change of name. We may require you to send us proof of identity(s) such as driver's license, passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate or bank account statement. If you have changed your personal details such as name, we will request you to send us the relevant documents. If you do not have any legitimate proof, we reserve the right to charge you 25,000 Reward Points administration fee.

We have these measures in place to protect your account.
Can the cheque be made out to a different name than my bank account name? No.
What currency will the amount to be sent out in? We will only convert Reward Points into Australian dollars.
Can the cheques be sent to an overseas postal address? No, all cheques, prizes and rewards will only be sent to an Australian postal address.
Can I cash out by any other methods such as PayPal? We will only allow cash out by cheque & local bank transfer at this stage.
