Can I choose to donate to a charity not listed on iReward? We have only established partnership with the Australian charity organisations listed. However you are free to recommend us via Contact Us any Australian charities that you wish us to include and we will assess if partnership is possible.
Can I request for tax deductible receipts? We will not issue you a tax deductible receipt.
Will the charity organisation know that I made the donations? The donations will not be made under in your name.
What are the available currencies? We will only convert Reward Points into Australian dollars.
