Sign Up
Who can sign up?
You must be 14 years of age or above who is a resident of Australia. If you are between the age of 14 and 18 years, you will need to have parent's or guardian's permission to register with us.
If you do not live in Australia you cannot sign up. iReward will not send any products or prizes, including cash out cheques, random draw prizes, redeemed prizes and items won from online auction overseas.

What do you do with my information collected?
All personal information (such as your name, password, email, address and mobile phone number) provided to iReward will never be sold or shared with any third party with the following exceptions:
- For the purpose of delivery of products or prizes, including cash out cheques, random draw prizes, redeemed prizes and items won from online auction, we may pass on your personal details such as your first and last names, postal address and mobile phone number to the third party delivery company.
- Legally required.
- Agreed and permitted by you.
All profile information (such as your marital status, date of birth, habits, background, wage, health, etc) provided by you to iReward will only be used to help our clients to successfully find selective groups of people and send out appropriate iReward Mails and surveys to relevant target groups.

What is a username and how do I choose one?
Usernames are used to identify you within the iReward website. You can choose your username at sign up. Usernames must be unique in iReward website and cannot be changed after successfully activated your account.
Does email have to be unique?
Emails must be unique in iReward website but can be changed. Members will need to verify their new email address after change.
Will I be receiving SPAM?
No. SPAM are emails addressed to a person where the sender do not have existing relationship or are unwelcomed or not consented by the recipient. Each iReward member has a choice to subscribe or unsubscribe from every emails sent out from iReward in Account Settings under Your Account.
I still haven't received my activation email yet?
If you have created your iReward account but still have not received the iReward account activation email in your email inbox, then follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to the email account (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc) you used to create your iReward account.
- Check your email account's Spam or Junk folder. If you see the iReward email in the folder move it to your Inbox to allow the Activate Account button or link to work properly. Most of the time your email account will automatically filter emails from unknown senders to the Spam or Junk folder. To avoid this from happening again, we strongly recommend you to add emails from ireward.com.au to your email account's safe senders list.
Here is the instruction on how to allow emails from ireward.com.au to go to your email account's inbox all the time.
The ensure postman@ireward.com.au emails are sent to your Gmail account inbox all the time you will need to add the email postman@ireward.com.au into your “Contacts”. To create a “Contact”:
- Sign in to the Gmail website with your Gmail username.
- Click Contacts along the left side of any page.
- Click the New Contact button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager.
- Enter postman@ireward.com.au into the Email text field.
- Click Save to add your contact.
To ensure ireward.com.au emails are sent to your Windows Live / Hotmail account inbox all the time you will need to add the domain ireward.com.au into your “Safe List”. To add to “Safe List”:
- Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.
- On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options.
- Under Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders.
- To add the sender or domain to your list of Safe senders, click Safe senders.
- Enter ireward.com.au into the Sender or domain to mark as safe text field, and then click Add to List.

- Sign in to the Yahoo! Mail website with your Yahoo! ID.
- Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.
- Under Management click Filters.
- Click Add.
- Enter iReward in the Filter Name text field to give the filter a name.
- Next to From header: select contains from the drop down menu.
- Enter ireward.com.au into the From header: contains text field.
- At the bottom, next to Move the message to: select Inbox from the drop down menu.
- Click Add Filter to set up a new filter.
We recommend you also add postman@ireward.com.au email into your Contacts.
- If you still do not receive the iReward account activation email, you should try signing up again with a different email address.
Can I cancel my iReward account after sign up?
Yes. However all cancellation are final and cannot be reactivated!
All your outstanding redemption payments, rewards, prizes, Reward and Experience Points will be forfeited.
To cancel your account:
- Login.
- Click Your Account.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click Cancel your Account.
- Follow the instructions and click Cancel Account.
Your Account
How do I change my first and last names?
At this stage we do not allow you to change your first or last names. So please make sure you have entered them correctly the first time during sign up.
How do I change my username?
You cannot change your username.
How do I upload new photos to display as my profile photo?
- Login.
- Click Your Account.
- Click Profile.
- Inside Profile Photo click Choose File.
- Select your photo from your computer directory, click Open.
- Click Upload Image.
- Click on the new profile photo and click Save Changes.
How do I change my email address?
Members will need to verify their new email address after change.
- Login.
- Click Your Account.
- Click Account Settings.
- Under Your Email Address click Change.
- Enter new email address in the New Email text field.
- Enter your password in the My Password text field.
- Click Save Changes.
- A verification email will be sent to the email account you changed to.
- Sign into your email account.
- Open the iReward email.
- Click the confirmation link in your email to confirm changes.
How do I change my mobile phone number?
Members will need to verify their new mobile phone number after change.
- Login.
- Click Your Account.
- Click Account Settings.
- Under Your Mobile Number click Change.
- Enter new mobile phone number in the Mobile Number text field.
- Click Save Changes.
- A verification SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number you changed to.
- Enter the verification code you receive in your mobile SMS into Confirm Code text field.
Click Save Changes.
Your Friends
Friends List
How do I refer a new friend who is currently not an iReward member?
- Login.
- Hover your mouse over Your Friends and click Friends List.
- Click Invite a Friend.
- Enter your friend's full name in the Friend's Name text field.
- Enter your friend's email address in the Friend's Email text field.
- Type a personal message or use the iReward default message.
- Click Send Invitation.
- An invitation email will be sent out to your friend.
Once your friend receives an invitation email from iReward in their email account, they can click Join Now to sign up with iReward. When they sign up they will see your username already populated in the Name of Referrer text field.
How come I did not receive any points for referring a friend?
You will only receive points after your friend successfully completed their mobile verification process.
If your friend did not accept your invitation and signs up by themselves without referring your name, you will not receive any points either.
Will anyone know if I rejected a friend request?
Yes, although the requestor will not receive any notifications if you rejected him/her as your iReward friend but they will no longer see you as their pending approval friend in their Friends List.
Status Board
Who can see my Status Board?
Status Board allows iReward members to say what they have in mind by posting on their Status Board. Other iReward members on your Friends List can read and add comments to your status posts when they visit your profile page. Members who are not on your Friends List cannot see your status updates.
Can I delete posts and comments made on Status Board?
You can delete every posts made by you and comments made by others on your own Status Board. You can delete every comments made by you on others’ Status Board.
Messages
What is the difference between Personal Messages and Status Board?
Only the intended recipient(s) can receive, read and reply to private Personal Messages. Other iReward Members on your Friends List can read and add comments to your Status Board.
Forum
Can I search the forum?
No.
Will I be notified by email or personal message if someone replied to my posts?
No.
Can I reply to a specific post?
Yes, after you login, you can click the "Reply" link on the top right hand corner of the post you wish to reply, the post will then be embedded into your post.
Can I edit my own posts?
No.
Can I delete my own posts?
Only the topic owner can delete every posts made to the topic except their own original root post. No other users can delete posts.
Why was my post removed?
Your posts can be removed by the topic owner with no reasons required.
Your posts can also be removed by system administrator for a number of reasons by iReward.
- Posting of any illegal material or pornographic materials.
- Use of defamatory, abusive, threatening or profane languages.
- Duplicate posts.
- Posting of any advertisement, unauthorised commercial communications or personal financial gains.
- A post that breaches the Terms of Use.
Can I use a different username for the Forum?
No.
Who can see my posts on the Forum?
Everyone. Both logged in and not logged in visitors.
Your Points
What are Reward Points?
Reward Points are points that iReward use to reward its members. You can earn Reward Points from sign up, inviting a new friend, answering some Surveys, clicking some links and performing some tasks in iReward Mails, answering daily polls, play some games or entering a valid code in iCode. You can also win Reward Points from winning some prize draws or competitions.
You can use Reward Points to purchase items, prizes, mobile SMS Credits, donate to a charity, bid items in online auctions or cash out. Once you spent your Reward Points, your Reward Point total will be deducted by the amount used to purchase, redeem or win the item.
All your Reward Point transactions can be found in My Points under Your Account.
What are Experience Points?
Experience Points are points used to determine how much experience a member has on the iReward website. You can accumulate your Experience Points by performing various activities on the iReward website.
There are certain items and prizes that require a minimum amount of Experience Points before iReward members can redeem.
Experience Points will never expire and cannot be used to spend on items on iReward.
All your Experience Point transactions can be found in My Points under Your Account.
How many points do I have?
- Login.
- Click Your Account.
- Click My Points.
- You can check your Reward and Experience Point transaction history here.
Do my points expire?
Both of your Reward and Experience Points will never expire as long as you are a member with iReward. However, once you spend your Reward Points, the amount spent will be deducted from your current Reward Point total.
Can I transfer my points to another iReward account?
No.
I think I am missing some points?
We recommend you check your point transaction history. Some times the transaction may appear with a description that is different to what you were expecting.
In some situations we may take some time to calculate your points. If points are earned from surveys hosted by another website, it may take a few weeks before the points will be credited, please be patient.
Earn Points
How do I earn points?
You can earn Reward Points from sign up, inviting a friend, answering some Surveys, clicking some links and performing some tasks in iReward Mails, answering daily polls, play some games or entering a valid code in iCode. You can also win Reward Points from winning some prize draws or competitions.
You can accumulate your Experience Points by performing various activities on the iReward website.
For some parts of the website, you will need to have your mobile verified participate to earn points.
Surveys
How come I am not receiving any Surveys?
Surveys are designed by our advertiser and are only sent to relevant target groups who satisfy certain profiles.
If you have created your iReward account but still have not received any iReward emails in your email inbox, then follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to the email account (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc) you used to create your iReward account.
- Check your email account's Spam or Junk folder. Most of the time your email account will automatically filter emails from unknown senders to the Spam or Junk folder. To avoid this from happening again, we strongly recommend you to add emails from ireward.com.au to your email account's safe senders list.

How do I unsubscribe to Surveys?
Each iReward member has a choice to subscribe or unsubscribe from every emails sent out from iReward in Account Settings under Your Account.
- Login.
- Click Your Account.
- Click Account Settings.
- Under Your Subscriptions click Change.
- Edit your subscriptions.
- Click Save Changes.
Please be patient, any changes may take up to 3 days.
How long does it take to complete a survey?
A survey could take between 5 minutes to over 1 hour of your time. We will make an estimate on the time it takes to complete a survey and points will be awarded to you based on this estimated length.
I have completed a survey but why didn't I receive any points?
Most of the case points will be rewarded immediately or within 2 weeks. But sometimes the results may take longer to finalise, the process may take up to 3 months. There will also be times when points cannot be awarded until survey is closed and all members have responded.
The reason for the variability is because the surveys are not conducted on the iReward website. Hence it may take time before iReward will receive the prompt to credit the points.
How do you know if I have cheated in the surveys?
If we find out you have been cheating by not providing an honest response on your survey answers we reserve the right to cancel your iReward account and remove all your Reward and Experience Points.
We can detect dishonest answers by seeing different answers provided when asked the same question over and over again in the one survey.
Do Surveys expire?
Survey expiration dates are defined by our advertisers. Please ensure you check your email or Surveys under Earn Points via the iReward website regularly so you do not miss out on opportunities to earn easy points.
Polls
What do you do with my answer to Poll questions?
All poll answers provided by you to iReward will only be used to help our clients to successfully find selective groups of people and send out appropriate iReward Mails and surveys to relevant target groups. No personal information will be given out.

How many Reward and Experience Points will I receive for each Poll?
You will be awarded with a random number between 5 and 50 Reward Points plus 1 Experience Point for each answer.
Why don't I see any Poll questions today?
If you do not see any Poll questions after you logged in it may be because you have already answered a Poll question today or we do not have a Poll question to ask you today. In the latter instance you can still claim your daily Poll points by clicking Earn Points once a day.

What can I do if I cannot read the HTML email?
You can always read the iReward Mail via the iReward website. After logging in, go to Earn Points and select iReward Mail. You will see a list of iReward Mails available for you to read and earn points.
How do I earn points for reading iReward Mail?
We will deliver relevant iReward Mails from our advertisers to you. Once you received them in your email, you will need to open it and click a few links inside the email to earn points. You can also perform this task via the iReward website. Repeating the task will not earn you more points.
Do iReward Mails expire?
iReward Mail expiration dates are defined by our advertisers. Please ensure you check your email or iReward Mail under Earn Points via the iReward website regularly so you do not miss out on opportunities to earn easy points.
iCode
How many incorrect Codes can I enter for each ID?
You can only have 5 incorrect attempts for each ID per day.
Can I earn points again with the same Code?
No. Once you have entered the Code, you will be credited with the points and the Code will be of no more use.
Why didn't I receive the points after I have entered the Code correctly?
If you have entered the Code correctly and to the best of your knowledge you have not entered the Code previously, but the system still have not credited points to your account, then we recommend you to send us your enquiry via Contact Us and we will help you trace back on our iCode transaction history and adjust the points accordingly.
What do I do if the system says the Code I have entered was previously used even though I have not used it?
We recommend you to send us your enquiry via Contact Us and we will help you trace back on our iCode transaction history and adjust the points accordingly.
Spend Points
What can I spend my points on?
You can spend your points on the following:
- Cash (Australian dollars only). You can convert your Reward Points into cash and we will mail the cheque to your postal address.
- Give to charity (Australian dollars only)
- Online auctions
- Mobile SMS
How will I receive the items, prizes or cheques I redeemed?
You will receive your items, prizes or cash out cheques by normal post sent to your postal address specified in your Account Settings under Your Account.
You are responsible to provide the correct and accurate information with regards to your first and last names and postal address for the purpose of delivery.

Can items, prizes or cheques be sent to an overseas postal address?
No, all items, prizes or cheques will only be sent to an Australian postal address.
Can I exchange what I have purchased with my points?
We reserve the right to not allow any refunds or exchange of items to the extent permitted by law.

Cash Out
My bank account name is incorrect, how do I change it?
We only allow you to enter your bank account name once. You will need to provide your real bank account name for depositing cheque purposes.
However upon request we can change your bank account name for you for reasons such as spelling error or change of last name due to change of marital status. We may request you to send us proof of identity such as driver's license, passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate or bank account statement. If you have changed your identity we will request you to send us your change of name certificate. If you do not have any legitimate proof we reserve the right to charge you 25,000 Reward Points for administration fee.
We have these measures in place to protect your account.
Can the cheque be made out to a different name than my bank account name?
No.
Can I cash out by any other methods such as PayPal or direct deposit?
We will only allow cash out by cheque at this stage.
Give to Charity
Can I choose to donate to a charity not listed on iReward?
We have only established partnership with the Australian charity organisations listed. However you are free to recommend us via Contact Us any Australian charities that you wish us to include and we will assess if partnership is possible.
Can I request for tax deductible receipts for donations made to charity?
We will not issue you a tax deductible receipt.
Will the charity organisation know that I made the donations?
The donations you made are not made in your name.
Online Auction
What is the maximum amount I can bid each time?
The maximum bid you may place is the maximum Reward Points you have.
What is the minimum increment amount I can bid each time?
The minimum bid increment is 15 Reward Points when the current high is below 500 Reward Points, 25 Reward Points when the current high is below 1,000 Reward Points and 50 Reward Points when the current high is 1,000 or higher.
However, if you happen to be the first bidder of an item, you will still need to place a minimum increment amount but your current bid value will still show the opening minimum value.
Can I do automated maximum bid?
Yes. When you place a bid, you can enter the maximum amount you wish to spend your Reward Points on an item where other bidders will not know. The system will than automatically place bids on your behalf with each bid to increment from the current highest bid by the minimum increment Reward Points value until you become the highest bidder or your maximum bid amount has been reached.
There will be situation where your maximum bid value has been outbid by others. We recommend you to come back and check frequently so you do not lose out.
What happens to my Reward Points after I placed a bid?
After you placed a bid, the amount of Reward Points you bid will be reserved until either someone else makes a higher bid than your maximum bid or after the end of auction time when either all of your Reward Points will be returned to you if somebody else outbids you or in the case where you are the winner the remaining Reward Points after deducting the final bid value from your maximum bid will be returned to you.
When will the outstanding or remaining reserved Reward Points be returned to me?
If you were outbid, the Reward Points will be returned to you immediately. If you are the winner and also have remaining maximum bid Reward Points, the Reward Points will be returned to you within one week.
Will I be notified if I am outbid?
We will attempt to notify you by email.
Will I be notified if I win an auction?
The winner of the auction will receive an email notification when it is approved. This should occur within 14 days from the auction closing time.

iReward have the following competitions:
- Quarterly Members Prize Draw (once every 3 months).
- Weekly Members Prize Draw (5 winners).
- Monthly Top 10 Most Referrals.
- Monthly Referral Prize Draw (10 winners).
- Imperial Kitchen Game: Top 100 Daily Aggregate Scores.
- Hot Potato Game: Monthly Top 10 Most Potatoes Baked.
- Hot Potato Game: Monthly Top 10 Furthest Distant Potatoes Thrown.
- Hot Potato Game: Monthly Baked Potato Prize Draw (10 winners).

What is the condition of entry?
All competitions and games are strictly for Residents of Australia aged 14+ who have their mobile phone number verified by iReward. To have mobile verified, go to Account Settings under Your Account. Enter the mobile phone number inside Your Mobile Number.

Winners will be published on the iReward website within 2 weeks for the public to see. iReward will also attempt to contact the winners by sending a personal message to users’ iReward Messages Inbox and attempt to make phone calls to the mobile phone number users used during mobile verification within 2 weeks of the prize draw.
How will unclaimed prizes be treated?
Unclaimed prizes after 3 months will be awarded to the next winner in line (records of next winners in line will also be determined or drawn and records will be kept by us).
