Terms for 'Weekly Members Prize Draw'

1. The competition is available at www.ireward.com.au and can be entered automatically by signing up as a member for free with iReward (www.ireward.com.au/Account/Register) and have the mobile phone number successfully verified with 5 Experience Points or more earned during the week. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number for authentication purposes.
2. The competition is open between 1 November 2010 and 30 October 2011.
3. The competition commences at 12:00:00 AM Monday of each week and closes at 11:59:59 PM Sunday of each week. The competition will repeat itself after each week ends. The first week of competition will be between Monday 1 November 2010 and Sunday 7 November 2010. The last week of competition will be between Monday 24 October 2011 and Sunday 30 October 2011.
4. The list of eligible participants will be generated on Sunday at 11:59:59 PM.
5. Weekly Members Prize Draw 5 winners each receive 2,000 iPts.
6. Past winners of this competition cannot participate again.
7. Winners will be published on the iReward Competitions website within 2 weeks for the public to see.
8. In order to successfully claim the prize, prize winners must consent to have their first name, last name, username, clear photo, suburb, state you are living in and a short testimonial published on the iReward website and print or online media available for everyone to see for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
10. Subject to written directions from State or Territory Regulatory bodies, if for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
