  3. Why didn't I receive the points after I have entered the Code correctly? If you have entered the Code correctly and to the best of your knowledge you have not entered the Code previously, but the system still have not credited points to your account, then we recommend you to send us your enquiry via Contact Us and we will help you trace back on our iCode transaction history and credit you the points accordingly.
