iReward Mail FAQs

  1. Why am I not receiving any iReward Mails? iReward Mail campaigns are designed by our advertisers and are only sent to relevant target groups who satisfies certain profiles.

    If you have created your iReward account but still have not received any iReward emails, then follow the instructions below:
    1. Sign in to the email account (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc) that you used to create your iReward account.
    2. Check your email account's Spam or Junk folder. Most of the time your email account will automatically filter emails from unknown senders to the Spam or Junk folder. To avoid this from happening again, we strongly recommend you to add emails from ireward.com.au to your email account's safe senders list.

    Here is the instruction on how to allow emails from ireward.com.au to go to your email account's inbox all the time.

    Instructions for Gmail Users

    The ensure postman@ireward.com.au emails are sent to your Gmail account inbox, you will need to add the email postman@ireward.com.au into your "Contacts".
    To create a "Contact":

    1. Sign in to the Gmail website with your Gmail username.
    2. Click Contacts along the left side of any page.
    3. Click the New Contact button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager.
    4. Enter postman@ireward.com.au into the Email text field.
    5. Click Save to add your contact.

    Instructions for Windows Live / Hotmail Users

    To ensure ireward.com.au emails are sent to your Windows Live / Hotmail account inbox all the time you will need to add the domain ireward.com.au into your "Safe List".
    To add to "Safe List":

    1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail with your Windows Live ID.
    2. On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options.
    3. Under Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders.
    4. To add the sender or domain to your list of Safe senders, click Safe senders.
    5. Enter ireward.com.au into the Sender or domain to mark as safe text field, and then click Add to List.
    We recommend you also add postman@ireward.com.au email into your Contacts.

    Instructions for Yahoo! Mail Users

    To ensure ireward.com.au emails are sent to your Yahoo! Mail account inbox, you will need to add the domain ireward.com.au into your "Filter".
    To set up a new "Filter":

    1. Sign in to Yahoo! Mail with your Yahoo! ID.
    2. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.
    3. Under Management click Filters.
    4. Click Add.
    5. Enter iReward in the Filter Name text field to give the filter a name.
    6. Next to From header: select contains from the drop down menu.
    7. Enter ireward.com.au into the From header: contains text field.
    8. At the bottom, next to Move the message to: select Inbox from the drop down menu.
    9. Click Add Filter to set up a new filter.

    We recommend you also add postman@ireward.com.au email into your Contacts.

  2. How do I unsubscribe from iReward Mail? Each iReward member has a choice to subscribe or unsubscribe from every email sent out from iReward. You can also change this via Account Settings under Your Account.

    1. Login.
    2. Click Your Account.
    3. Click Account Settings.
    4. Under Your Subscriptions click Change.
    5. Edit your subscriptions.
    6. Click Save Changes.
  3. I cannot read HTML emails! You can always read the iReward Mail via the iReward website. After logging in, go to Earn Points and select iReward Mail. You will see a list of iReward Mails available for you to read and earn points.
  4. How do I earn points for reading iReward Mail? We will deliver relevant iReward Mails from our advertisers to you. Once you received them in your email, you will need to open it and click a few links inside the email to earn points. You can also perform this task via the iReward website. Repeating the task will not earn you more points.
  5. Do iReward Mail emails expire? iReward Mail expiration dates are defined by our advertisers. Please ensure you check your email or iReward Mail regularly so you do not miss out on opportunities to earn easy points.
